How do I download a whole Resource Pack?

  1. Click the link for the Pack

  2. select 'Save As...' when Windows asks what you'd like to do

  3. save the file where you want it.

  4. When the download is complete, right-click the file and click 'Extract All'

  5. follow the instructions on-screen.

Afterwards you should be able to open all the files.

Are all of your resources really free?

Yes, they really are all free to download and use. You can use them and adapt them however you please; all that we ask in return is that you never claim the work is your own, or try to sell our resources for financial gain.

Do you provide printed copies of your resources?

Not yet, but it's something we're hoping to offer in the future. Of course, we will probably have to charge a small amount for ready-printed resources, but we promise we'll keep any costs to an absolute minimum.

Why can't I find any resources about the topic I'm working on?

As a fairly new organisation, our library is still growing. It's growing by the week but there are still some topics we don't have resources for yet. If you'd like to help us develop resources on a particular area, please contact us at: resources@youthworkhub.co.uk

I have a resource I'd like to share with your users. How do I do this?

If you've created a resource, and you'd like to share it with our website users, please send it to: resources@youthworkhub.co.uk. We can then help you get it ready for publication on our website, before putting it on the site with your name as the Author.

I have an idea for a resource you could create, where do I send this?

If you have ideas for resources you'd like us to create and add in future, please send them to: resources@youthworkhub.co.uk

Can I volunteer to help you develop resources?

Of course! If you'd like to volunteer with us, please email us at: volunteers@youthworkhub.co.uk

Can I sell my Resources through your website?

No, sorry. We're committed to keeping all of the resources on our website completely free for our users to download and use. We're not here to help you make a profit from your resources.

If you'd like to share your creations for free, please send them to resources@youthworkhub.co.uk and we'll work with you to get them published on our website.

I think you've stolen a resource I created. What should I do about this?

If you can prove that you created a resource that's on our website, please contact us at: support@youthworkhub.co.uk and we'll be happy to discuss the issue with you. We can either add you as the author of that resource, or remove it completely if you prefer.

Please bear in mind that many of the resources on our website are generic ones which have been passed through generations of youth workers or other professions, and that those resources therefore often don't have a traceable creator.

Do you offer Resource Development Training?

Yes. If you email us at support@youthworkhub.co.uk we'll be happy to discuss training packages with you.

We'll be adding a price list for training to our website soon.

My organisation would like to work with you. How do we go about this?

Send an email to support@youthworkhub.co.uk and we'll be happy to discuss partnership options with you.

Do you have any job opportunities?

No, sorry. We're not yet in a position where we can start hiring people; we're hoping this will change in the future.

Do you have any volunteering opportunities?

Yes, we have several different types of volunteer opportunities. Please visit our Volunteer With Us page for more details about the opportunities we offer and how to apply.
